your site is not specific enough and I ordered 2 beams

your site is not specific enough and I ordered 2 beams. Of course they didn't fit - why because all the specs are not included! no human being to talk to!! So I was charged 17 dollars to ship it to me - more than the cost of the beams and then they don't fit- I notify the CS and they said flippantly you can return but you pay for s/h and it will cost more than what the beams are worth. So in other words I had to eat it. The website, the lack of CS is appalling - this is no way to get customers and much less maintain them. Never even looking at your site ever again!
