If no information is listed, please contact us by phone, email, or chat to obtain an RMA and to assess vendor-specific restocking fees that may be applicable. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Wire Shelving
Nexel
- All returns require written authorization within 15 days.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unopened, and in saleable condition.
InterMetro Industries
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Shelving.com's Customer Service Department to return the product(s).
- Returns must be made within 45 days from the date of the receipt and must be in original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.
- Return shipping expenses must be paid by the purchaser.
- A restocking charge of 15% applies.
- Minimum return value is $420.00.
Quantum
- Returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.
- All returns must have prior written authorization issued by Quantum Storage Systems.
- Returned goods are subject to a 25% restock charge.
- All freight on returned goods must be prepaid by the shipper unless prior written arrangements have been made by Quantum Storage Systems.
- Only full cartons can be returned for credit.
- Items made for special orders (special color, mobile bins, hot stamping, ect.) are not returnable for credit.
Wire Shelving Accessories
Aigner Index, Inc.
- On non-custom merchandise, a return authorization number (RAM#) must be obtained from their customer service department.
- Restocking fees apply: 20% for up to 120 days from invoice date and 50% up to 1 year.
- Return shipping expenses must be paid by the purchasers.
Akro Mills
- All returns require written authorization that must be requested within 45 days of shipment.
- Return freight is prepaid by the customer.
- Products must be in original packaging and saleable condition.
- A restocking fee of 25% applies.
Catskill Craftsmen
- Unopened tem(s) must be returned within 30 days of sale for full refund.
- Vendor must be contacted in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping, of which the customer is responsible for the cost of.
- Item(s) must be received within 10 days of the RAN being created and a tracking number must be sent to Catskill Craftsmen once it has been shipped.
Chadko
- All liners and enclosures are custom cut to order. Items are final sale so please measure your space before ordering. Exceptions may apply, please contact us for more info.
Industrial
Cotterman
- Must have a return authorization number from Cotterman. Returns are only authorized for common models that can be quickly resold.
- Minimum 20% restocking charge. Return frieght must be prepaid.
Equipto
- To request a product return, please contact the EQUIPTO Quality Department at (800-323-0801 select option #1) for a Return Authorization number and form or report a problem online and request an RGA.
- Returns must be requested within (30) days from EQUIPTO’s ship date of the order.To receive credit, returned product must be received at EQUIPTO – Tatamy, PA within (30) calendar days from Return Authorization issue date.
- EQUIPTO is not responsible for scheduling and payment of the return shipment.
Galco
- All parts or equipment returned should include reference to all pertinent order information to include Return Authorized Number order, part, model, serial numbers as well as details of the problem. Cost for placing equipment returned for credit in a salable condition will be charged to Buyer, except for, and Seller will pay return transportation only for those returns based upon conditions or circumstances for which Seller is responsible by the terms and conditions herein.
- Only purchases which have been invoiced to the purchaser within sixty days of his request to return same, will be considered for return. Material accepted for return is subject to a minimum service charge of up 25% of the billing invoice, plus all transportation changes incurred by Seller.
Hallowell
- To request a product return, please contact the Hallowell Customer Service Department at 866-566-0500 or e-mail CustomerService@Hallowell-List.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
- Shipment returned without an RGA will be refused.
- A 30% re-stocking charge will apply for all returned knock-down orders.
- A 45% re-stocking charge will apply for all returned assembled stock locker orders.
- Production items are non-returnable.
National Partitions
- Shipped orders are non-returnable.
New Age Industrial
- Returned merchandise must be pre-approved with a RMA number assigned by New Age Industrial and noted on both the shipping label and bill of lading. Merchandise is to be returned with transportation charges prepaid and is subject to a 20% handling and inspection charge. New Age reserves the right to refuse the return of any piece of equipment.
Nexel Industries
- All returns require written authorization within 15 days.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unopened, and in saleable condition.
- Shipped orders are non-returnable.
Penco Products
- Written factory authorization required. Restocking charge of 25% (minimum of $50 net) and subject to inspection. Special orders, included welded lockers or factory assembled products are not eligible. All return freight charges must be prepaid.
Prepac
- If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return a product for a refund, you will need to contact the retailer from which you originally purchased the product. As the product manufacturer we will be more than happy to assist you by providing replacement parts or any service help that you require.
Pro-Line
- No goods are to be returned to Pro-Line without a written R.G.A. (returned goods authorization).
- A handling fee of 25% or $25, whichever is greater, will be charged on all returned merchandise.
Schmidt Structural Products
- Quick ship barrier rail is accepted on a case-by-case basis with a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- All other products are custom made and returns are not accepted.
Scotland Rack
- All material being returned must be in original condition.
- Return requests must be made within 60 days from date of shipment.
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
- Returned material must be returned within 30 days from date return is requested.
- All returns must have freight prepaid.
- All returned material is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Spaceguard Products
- Returned product will not be accepted without prior written authorization. A return of standard product is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returned product must be received in the same condition as originally shipped with freight charges prepaid by Buyer. Custom products cannot be returned.
SPG
- The minimum value of returned merchandise must be $100 net
- The factory must be contacted for written approval to return merchandise.
- Merchandise authorized to be returned must be shipped prepaid and is subject to a 25% restocking charge
- Returned goods must be received within 30 days of purchase and in the original, unopened and resalable packaging.
- All merchandise must have a Return Goods Authorization number to assure proper credit and must be noted on the shipping label and bill of lading.
- Certain products, such as those made to order, are not returnable.
Strong Hold Products
- Prior written authorization from Strong Hold Products must be obtained before credit on returned goods will be given.
- Returns shall be subject to a restocking charge and must be returned to Strong Hold Products freight "prepaid."
Tri-Boro Shelving & Partition
- No return shipments will be accepted without previous written factory authorization.
- All return freight charges must be prepaid.
- A restocking charge of 35% with a minimum $50.00 net will be applied on all authorized material, subject to inspection for damage at the factory.
- Non-stock items are not eligible for return.
- No credit will be issued for damaged material.
- Material returned without written authorization will be refused.
Unirak Manufacturing
- For typical stock items, new and uninstalled, there's a 10% restock fee.
- Custom orders with unique sizing are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a 25% restocking fee is standard.
Wireway Husky
- Buyer may return Stock Products considered stock inventory by Seller within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided that Buyer pays all shipping costs associated with such return.
- Non-Stock Products will not be accepted for return. Product Changes – Seller reserves the right to make changes to Product design, color, material and Capacities at any time without notice.
Wesco
- All stock items may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
- Items must be in saleable condition.
Shelving for the Home
Danya B.
- Returns must be made within 15 days. Items must arrive undamaged and return shipping expenses must be paid by the purchaser.
- Customers have 15 days to report any damaged merchandise. Damaged parts or items will be replaced as soon as the damage is reported. Customer must keep shipping box.

Household Essentials
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from Household Essentials prior to returning the product.
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
- A restocking fee of 20% applies.

- Returns available for 30 days after purchase.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
- Returns must be requested.
John Wright
- Returns are allowed only up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Credit will be processed upon verification.
Monarch Specialties
- Returns are honored within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be authorized.
- Items must be returned in the original box unassembled.

Omaha Fixture International
- 30 Day return policy for all instock items and an authorization is needed before any return will be accepted.
- There is a 25% restocking fee and merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
Organize it All
- Returns accepted with prior authorization within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and packages without an authorization will be refused.
Organized Living
- A return authorization must be requested to the manufacturer.
- Full credit will be refunded for the item, however shipping charges must be paid by the buyer.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for sending item back.
- Item must be unopened, in the original box, and with all packaging.
- Outbound shipping and handling will not be refunded.
- 30% restocking fee applies.
- If Winsome Wood issues shipping label, return charges will be deducted from credit.
