Project Description
Various areas in the facility had totes stacked on each other, which proved inefficient for picking parts and inventory management.

Solution
Shelving designed and implemented gravity flow rack systems. Using Span-Trac rollers and standard pallet racking, TRW was able to increase productivity for parts rotation utilizing "first-in-first-out" techniques.
