Clearance Shelving, Racking, and Storage Equipment Deals

The Shelving.com Clearance collection lists discount shelving, pallet rack components, storage bins, tools, and other commercial storage equipment while stock lasts. Inventory changes as items sell out and new items are added, so what's available today may be gone next week. Because stock is limited and some items may not be returnable, it's worth confirming size, compatibility, and quantity before you order.

What You'll Find in Shelving.com Clearance

Clearance items are the same products sold across Shelving.com, offered at reduced prices for a limited time. Most fall into a few groups.

Overstock and Surplus Inventory

Products we have more of than we need, such as specific shelving finishes, shelf sizes, or rack components. These are a good fit if you're adding to a matching system or outfitting a new space with a size that's already in stock.

Discontinued and End-of-Line Products

Models, finishes, or brands that won't be reordered once current stock is gone. If you'll need replacement parts or matching units later, buy what you need now or choose a comparable item from the regular catalog.

What to Check Before Buying Clearance Storage Equipment

Clearance stock is limited and may not be restocked, so a few minutes of checking up front prevents most ordering problems.

• Measure the space. Confirm width, depth, and height against the product page, including clearance above the top shelf and room to load from the front.
• Check what's included. Some items are sold individually, others by the pack or as complete units. A single post or beam is not a full shelving unit or rack bay.
• Confirm compatibility with your existing system. Shelves, posts, beams, and accessories need to match the style, size, and connection type you already have. For racking, use the Pallet Rack Identification Guide to confirm your upright style before buying beams or components.
• Check the finish for your environment. A finish suited to dry storage may not be the right choice for damp, cold, or wash-down areas. The product page lists the finish and intended use.
• Review weight capacity. Capacity varies by product, size, and configuration, so confirm the rating on the product page matches what you plan to store.
• Order the full quantity now. Clearance stock may not be restocked. If you need several matching units, order them together rather than coming back for more later.
