A Wire Deck is an effective solution that enhances the versatility and safety of Storage Racks. This economical product improves the overall efficiency of your rack system by allowing for a quick visual assessment of inventory.  Several other benefits include improved illumination and cooling throughout your warehouse, added strength and safety for your bulk storage environment, and a cleaner storage space, as dust and dirt will no longer sit and collect on your shelves! Use this reinforced wire mesh decking to upgrade your existing system. The criss-cross design keeps items from falling through. The installation is as easy as dropping the lightweight welded wire into place, no hardware required.

Product Dimensions: 46" - 58" wide x 24" - 48" deep, weight capacity 2,500 lbs (evenly distributed).

Wire Decking is a product designed exclusively to provide users of Pallet Rack Shelving the ability to store split case and open case items on shelves in addition to providing increased stability & protection. Wire decks have been proven to provide a more uniform support for pallet loads over conventional pallet support bars alone. The wire mesh grid in pallet rack wire decking allows more light to pass through and evenly disperse from ceiling to floor. Using a wire mesh deck in pallet rack storage reduces shadows resulting in brighter, more attractive warehouses. Better distribution of existing lighting is proven to reduce accidents and increase stocking and picking efficiencies. Wire decking also increases safety by reducing the risk of loss due to fire. In the event of fire, traditional solid decking materials like wood or plywood act as a watershed. With wire decking, this problem is all but eliminated. With wire mesh decking, water can easily pass through the mesh wire allowing sprinkler water direct access to flames on material stored on the shelves. Wire decks have proven to be so successful at reducing losses due to fire that most local fire codes now require wire decking to be used wherever indoor pallet rack storage is utilized.
