CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE/DAMAGES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE
Items returned after day 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, items returned after 60 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 90 days it is at our discretion.
Please note that if the return is Shelving.com's error then you must call 1-877-831-8885 for authorization and further instructions will be provided.

All other returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if returned to address above.

All items sold as clearance are considered final sale and no returns or exchanges of these items are permitted.
